First time user with password
If you have turned in your Online Banking enrollment application, and have received your temporary password from us, to Log in you must have:
- An account number listed on your enrollment application
- Your temporary password assigned by People’s Bank

Browser requirements for Online Banking
People’s Bank is committed to ensuring the security of your transactions by using secure Internet technology. For your protection, we require that you use a browser that supports 128-bit encryption. Encryption is the scrambling of data into a code that is unreadable to anyone who does not have the key to decipher it. You can confirm your Online Banking session is encrypted by the appearance of a “padlock” symbol at the bottom right of your browser screen.
How to upgrade your Microsoft or Netscape browsers
Both Microsoft (Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher) and Netscape (Netscape Communicator 6.1 or higher) have browsers that will meet People’s Bank 128-bit encryption requirements. You can upgrade your browser free of change by clicking on the Microsoft or Netscape link listed below.
